1. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
2. Products and pricing
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade or suede items can vary a little from photos. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change prices or correct errors at any time, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment and send you an order confirmation. Payments are made online through PayU. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment you made.
4. Customized orders
Customized pairs are made to the size, colour and design details you choose. You are responsible for checking these details before you pay. Customized pairs cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where they arrive damaged or defective or do not match your confirmed order. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
7. Intellectual property
The Owleyes name, logo, product designs, photos and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, sending harmful code, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders or interfering with other users.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Owleyes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
