All Owleyes sizes are listed in UK sizes. Use this chart to convert, and measure your foot if you’re between sizes.

How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall, and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
- Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres.
- Measure both feet in the evening, when feet are slightly larger, and use the longer one.
- Match your measurement to the chart. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Ready-stock pairs are delivered within 5–7 days. Pre-order pairs are made in about 15 days and delivered within 7 days after that — up to 22 days in all. Customized pairs take 15–18 days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you charge for shipping?
No — shipping is currently free on every order, anywhere in India.
How do I track my order?
Once your pair is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order any time on our Track Your Order page with your order number and email.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver only within India.
Pre-orders & custom designs
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order styles are made only after you order, so each pair is crafted for you. You pay when you order, and we start making your pair straight away. Find our current drops on the Pre-order section.
Can you make a design I have in mind?
Yes. Share your idea, a sketch or a reference photo on our Drop Your Design page and we’ll get back to you with the details and price.

How can I pay?
We accept secure online payment through PayU. We don’t offer Cash on Delivery at the moment.
Is there a discount for first orders?

Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my pair?
Ready-stock pairs can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in their original packaging. Made-to-order pairs are replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or wrong. Read the full Refund and Returns Policy.

Where are Owleyes shoes made?
Every Owleyes pair is handcrafted in India.
How do I care for leather and suede?
Keep them dry, brush suede gently, and condition leather now and then. Our Suede and Leather Shoe Care Guide walks you through it step by step.
