This policy explains how and when Owleyes delivers your order.
Delivery timelines
- Ready-stock products: delivered within 5 to 7 days of placing your order.
- Pre-order products (marked “Pre-order” on the product page): each pair is made to order in about 15 days, then delivered within 7 days of dispatch — up to 22 days in all from the day you order.
- Customized products: delivered within 15 to 18 days of placing your order. This includes the time needed to make your pair.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control can extend delivery times. If your order contains pairs with different timelines, we ship them together on the longest timeline unless we tell you otherwise.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within India. If you enter an address we cannot serve, checkout will let you know.
Shipping charges
Shipping is currently free on all orders across India. If this changes, any shipping charge will always be shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
We accept online payments only, processed securely through PayU. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Your order is processed once your payment is confirmed.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please give a complete, correct address and a working phone number. If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the address is wrong or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case we will contact you, and extra shipping charges may apply to send it again.
Damaged or wrong parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, or the pair is not what you ordered, take photos or an unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens next.
